"This place is a hit or miss. I have had outstanding burgers, then the same burger that had absolutely zero flavor at all. Drive through lady at night hates life and her job. She hates everything… taking orders , corrections , making shakes , taking money, giving orders and people.. all people. They are often out of ALOT of products. Once I had to order five different things just to find food that was available."

"I have been coming to this location for 9 years and tonight I was blessed with interacting with Jasmine, who treated me with the utmost respect and made me felt heard and appreciated as my order is somewhat different than most. She made me feel appreciated for expressing my desire for how I wanted my burger made. It was perfect, the exact way I wanted my food to be made for me exactly the way I ordered it in many, many years. Jasmine deserves praise, a raise and a promotion so she can teach others how to treat customers and make sure their unique orders are fulfilled to perfection. She is the best employee I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with in decades. Let her lead training sessions, as everyone of your new hires could learn like 18 things she did to make my experience better. It was the best meal I've ever had at Carl's Jr in 30 plus years. If my food was this fresh everytime, I'd eat there way more often!! Unfortunately that isn't the case, but WOWZERS!! The difference I experienced tonight in taste quality, freshness and attention to detail was all thanks to Jasmine!! Plus, big thanks to her crew!! Bravo, best Carl's Jr. experience ever!! Keep up the good work Jasmine and team!!!!!!!"

"I have come here now a couple times, as I live close by. Every time I am greeted by someone, always friendly and clean. The manager is running a great crew as you can tell in how the place looks, the outstanding customer service provided, or the great looking and tasting food. Only fast food place I have sat down to eat in for a long time, and have now down it a couple times."

"I went through the drive-thru and had such a great experience thanks to Mercedes and Carlos! They were both very friendly, polite, and professional. Even through the speaker and window, you could tell they had positive attitudes. My order was correct, fresh, and came out quickly. It’s always nice when drive-thru service feels welcoming instead of rushed. Mercedes and Carlos really made my visit smooth and pleasant. I’ll definitely be back!"
